We purchased a new vehicle in July 2011, we were told by the sale person that we would get free oil changes, we asked what the catch was, he said no there was no catch, great we thought!! Now I have taken my SUV in for its first oil change …guess what there is a catch….you have to pay for everything else they do like inspections and tire rotation… if you don’t want the tires rotated , just the oil changed you don’t get it free… I was told the tire rotation on the first and second oil change is $40.00 and the third oil change they check more stuff and the fee is $280.00. When I mentioned to the service agent that we should have been told this when we purchased the vehicle, his reply was “ideally, but I’m telling you now.” His reply indicated to me that this was not the first time this has happened. I feel our sale person was very misleading and will not buy at Kentwood in the future; I will try to find an honest dealership…
